An interesting and marketable process technology enables steel coatings on different textiles and films made of various materials like synthetic fibers, glass fibers, nonwovens and polymer materials. The steel coating has a thickness of about 20 nanometers. In fact, after the coating is done, the material looks like "flexible steel".
